The integrity of a nation and the salvation of man depends upon the public declaration of His Torah word and His Testimony:
: “I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest. I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation.” Psalm 40:9-10

PROCLAMATION POWER
In Honor of Derek Prince z'l'
THE דְּ בַר יְהוָה, YHVH's Holy Word
גַּל־עֵינַ֥י וְאַבִּ֑יטָה נִ֝פְלָא֗וֹת מִתּוֹרָתֶֽךָ׃ Open my eyes, that I may perceive the wonders of Your teaching. Ps.119
PROCLAMATION IS POWER:
The verb “proclaim” means to announce or declare loudly, to shout forth something publicly, giving a strong word. The English word “proclaim” derives from Latin “proclamare,” meaning “to shout forth,” echoing the Hebrew “qara’”קָרָא, which literally means “to call out” or “cry aloud,” as in Isaiah 58:1 where prophets are commanded to “cry loudly” God’s truths, unleashing divine authority over silence and doubt;
קְרָ֤א בְגָרוֹן֙ אַל־תַּחְשֹׂ֔ךְ כַּשּׁוֹפָ֖ר הָרֵ֣ם קוֹלֶ֑ךָ וְהַגֵּ֤ד לְעַמִּי֙ פִּשְׁעָ֔ם וּלְבֵ֥ית יַעֲקֹ֖ב חַטֹּאתָֽם׃
Cry with full throat, do not [without] restrain[t]; Raise your voice like a ram’s horn! Declare to My people their transgression, To the House of Jacob their sin-s. Is: 58:1
This declaration, proclamation pierces principalities, topples dominions and destroys strongholds. There is great power generated in הָרֵ֣ם קוֹלֶ֑ךָ, raising the voice proclamation of the דְּ בַר יְהוָה, YHVH's holy word. We need to realize דָּבָר is supernatural. “Davar” דָּבָר, the “word of YHVH", means not just speech but “Davar” דָּבָר“thing” or “matter” — thus proclaiming it brings the spiritual power into the physical, as in 1 Kings with Elijah’s proclaims;
When it was time to present the grain offering, the prophet Elijah came forward and said, “O ETERNAL One, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel! Let it be known today that You are God in Israel and that I am Your servant, and that I have done all these things at Your word [bidding].
עֲנֵ֤נִי יְהֹוָה֙ עֲנֵ֔נִי וְיֵֽדְעוּ֙ הָעָ֣ם הַזֶּ֔ה כִּֽי־אַתָּ֥ה יְהֹוָ֖ה הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים וְאַתָּ֛ה הֲסִבֹּ֥תָ אֶת־לִבָּ֖ם אֲחֹרַנִּֽית׃
Answer me, O ETERNAL One, answer me, that this people may know that You, O ETERNAL One, are God; for You have turned their hearts backward.” 1 Kings 18:36-38
HERE Proclamation manifested YHVH’s power into reality instantly. Proclaiming Yah's דָּבָר word is overcoming power - but this is not obvious at first glance and truly his word's power is limitless. The Torah Bible is all you need for victory in what Yah wants you to do. When we confess, we line ourselves up to receive the full backing of heaven, Yeshua and the Almighty.
CREATIVE POWER
Its Hard to overstate the importance of דְּ בַר“the word.” In Genesis 1:3 we find God's word is what powers creation;
“And God said, Let there be light: and in the second testament;
“In the beginning was the Word,” John 1:1, Additionally,
בִּדְבַ֣ר יְ֭הֹוָה שָׁמַ֣יִם נַעֲשׂ֑וּ וּבְר֥וּחַ פִּ֝֗יו כׇּל־צְבָאָֽם׃. "By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the hosts of them by the breath of his mouth." Psalm 33:6
All cosmic creation is by and through the word. What does YAHWEH say about his word? In the First Testament we find Yahweh’s Word is flawless;
הָאֵ֖ל תָּמִ֣ים דַּרְכּ֑וֹ אִמְרַ֤ת יְהֹוָה֙ צְרוּפָ֔ה מָגֵ֣ן ה֔וּא לְכֹ֖ל הַחֹסִ֥ים בּֽוֹ׃
As for God, his way is perfect: The LORD’s word is flawless ; he is a shield to all who take refuge in him. 2 Samuel 22:31
